Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

You may use PrimeDesk for lawful business purposes in accordance with your subscription and these Terms. This includes operating your business, managing clients, processing transactions, and using the tools provided within your subscription tier.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from PrimeDesk software.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing PrimeDesk software without written authorisation.
• Using the platform for any illegal activity under South African law.
• Attempting to breach, circumvent, or test the security of the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another client's data or account.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Using the platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing attempts.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform or other users' access.
• Using the platform to store or process data that violates South African law, including but not limited to data related to illegal drug trafficking, human trafficking, terrorism, or money laundering.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with unauthorised persons. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter into the platform. You must ensure you have the right to store and process any personal information you upload, in compliance with POPIA.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination, without refund. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities. PrimeDesk reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy.
